ResilientKidsā„¢ offers an innovative yoga and mindfulness program that works directly with students in their school setting. This secular program is designed to promote the development of life-long skills, including focus, self-confidence, empathy, balance, and overall well-being. By building a toolbox of strategies to manage academic, emotional and social challenges, students will learn to successfully navigate their path to becoming engaged adults, global citizens, and our future leaders.

Our theme-based curriculum incorporates breath work, movement through yoga postures, group discussion, games, storytelling, journaling, art exercises, and guided visualization. It is through these various modalities that we are able to meet all children where they are. This learning primarily takes place in the classroom, with the classroom teacher present to model for the kids.
